BOSKAY METAL LLC.

Our company was founded by Mr. Ugur Bostancioglu, Mr.Yusuf Kalyoncu and Mr.Bayram Aydin in 1990 under name of BOSKAY METAL SANAYI TICARET LTD STI. The company has been founded for manufacturing rebar on area of 2400 square meters.

Since that time our company, which give weight to investigation and development, has started to manufacture flat bars in line of demands coming from international and domestic market in 1994. In 1998, BOSKAY METAL has signed under breakthroughs on electro-mechanic sector and founded KEMSAN A.G. with the same management staffs. Since its foundation, our company has focused on pleasure of costumers and in 2004, we have received ISO 9001-2000 certificates.

Our company, which is not contended with it, has showed its target to be a global company in a global world by getting CE certificate requested by EU countries. Now the company, on area of total 32000 square meters, resumes its activity by manufacturing 600 metric tons in a day.

Our company, which has embarked with this slogan ‘The only thing which is not change is changing itself’, will present its investments and heavy profile groups products to Turkish and World economy in the middle of 2009.
